Shipping Methods

We currently offer two shipping options to meet different delivery needs:
a. Free Standard Shipping
All orders enjoy free standard shipping, suitable for everyday purchases.
After the order is dispatched, it will be transported and delivered by our partner logistics carrier based on the shipping address.

b. Expedited Shipping
If you wish to receive your package faster, you can apply for expedited shipping.
Expedited shipping requires submitting an application as early as possible after placing your order. The cost and estimated delivery time will be confirmed based on the shipping address and order details.
Once confirmed, we will prioritize processing and dispatching your order and provide you with relevant information.


Order Processing Time

All orders will enter the processing stage after order confirmation and payment completion. Under normal circumstances, orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
During promotional periods, holidays, or periods with a high volume of orders, processing time may be slightly longer. We will do our best to shorten the processing time and ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time refers to the estimated transportation time after the order is shipped, excluding order processing time.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within approximately 7-14 days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within approximately 3-5 days

Actual arrival time may vary due to the following factors:
  • The region and distance of the shipping address;
  • Logistics peak periods or holiday transportation pressure;
  • Weather changes, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Logistics Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with your order tracking number. You can check your logistics information on the order page or use this number on the logistics company's official website. If the logistics information is not updated for a long time, please feel free to contact us for assistance.


Receiving Instructions

Please sign for the package promptly upon delivery and check if the outer packaging is intact.
If you find any damage, missing items, or other abnormalities in the package, please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
We will assist you in verifying the situation and provide corresponding solutions.


Address Information

Please carefully fill in accurate shipping information, including address and contact information, when placing your order.
If delivery fails or is delayed due to the following reasons, additional time may be required for rescheduling:
  • Incorrect address;
  • Incomplete information;
  • Inability to contact the recipient.
