Return and Exchange Policy

You can submit a return or exchange request if the following conditions are met:
  • The product has not been worn, washed, or artificially damaged;
  • The product remains in brand new condition and is suitable for resale;
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging of the product are intact;
  • The application is submitted within the stipulated 30-day return period.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that show obvious signs of use, wear and tear, or are not in a resalable condition.


Return and Exchange Period

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Applications submitted after the stipulated period will not be accepted.
Please inspect the product as soon as you receive it and contact us promptly if there are any issues.


Situations Supporting Returns and Exchanges

You can apply for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
  • The product has quality issues;
  • The received product does not match the order;
  • The size is unsuitable or does not meet expectations (provided the product meets the return conditions).
We understand that choosing the right size for children sometimes requires trial and error, and we will do our best to provide reasonable and thoughtful solutions.


Situations Not Supporting Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following situations are not covered by the return and exchange policy:
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or artificially damaged;
  • Missing tags or labels, or severely damaged packaging;
  • Problems caused by improper personal use;
  • Applications submitted after the return and exchange period has expired.


Return and Exchange Application Process

To apply for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  • Contact customer service, provide your order information, and explain the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Wait for customer service to confirm whether your application meets the return and exchange conditions.
  • Follow the instructions from customer service to return your product to the designated return address.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Please do not return the product without contacting customer service to avoid delays in processing.


Refund Instructions

After the returned product passes inspection, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
The actual time for the refund to arrive may vary depending on the payment platform or bank processing cycle, usually taking 3-15 days.


Exchange Instructions

If sufficient stock is available, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped to you as soon as possible. If the required size or style is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
The exchange processing time may vary slightly depending on inventory and logistics.


Return and Exchange Shipping Fee Information

If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or incorrect items being sent, we will bear the relevant shipping costs.
If you request a return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size selection or a change in subjective preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any expedited shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
